So thankful for the team behind Willow Tree Weddings. Some of you might think that I am a one woman show, but let me tell you - I could NEVER do this alone! From admin assistants to day of assistants, from decor prep to lead coordinators - I have an amazing team of dedicated individuals who promise that they’ll be there to support your wedding day celebration from start to finish! They show up on time, boots on the ground, ready to ensure that your vendors and guests and all the little details are where you want them to be so that YOU can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. We guarantee it!

We love it when our couples incorporate their culture into their wedding day celebration!

Stefania (Colombian) and Raul (Mexican) wanted to celebrate their heritage on wedding day, and brought in a Mariachi band, as well as Colombian dancers. Not only did they perform, but the dancers got the guests and the newlyweds out on the dance floor. So much fun!!

What’s the difference between a head table and a sweetheart table?

A sweetheart table seats you and your sweetheart. 🤍
A head table seats you and your wedding party, and sometimes their significant others. 🤍

Kaitlin and Chris opted for a head table at their wedding reception, and we were in LOVE! The white and the gold made such a classy statement.

Willow Tree tip of the day:
Wanting flowers everywhere, but not willing to have flowers eat all of your budget? Repurpose your arch flowers after the ceremony is over! These beautiful green and white arrangements lining the front of the head table were actually pulled down from the ceremony space! They elevated the look without breaking the bank. We always tell our couples to repurpose wherever they can!

The depth and dimension to any bouquet is always MY favorite part. Texture, layers, contrasting colors… the composition of the flowers tells a story and it’s something I totally look forward to!

My girl @ks_floral_concepts always comes through with the most artistic designs. Peep the bunny tails and orchids sharing the same space… Who would have known that a touch of dried flowers was enough o compliment ANY bouquet?! I’m here for it!
